Three springtime favorite drinks for your Easter weekend

Easter is just around the corner – and what could be better than enjoying the holidays with fresh, light drinks? Whether at a cozy Easter breakfast, in the sun on the balcony, or as a kleine Auszeit in between: our three favorite drinks bring spring straight into the glass.

Grapefruit-Thyme Spritz

Fruity, slightly tart, and with a fine herbal note – this drink is perfect for those who like it fresh.

You’ll need:

  • 200 ml fresh grapefruit juice
  • 200 ml mineral water or tonic
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Thyme sprigs, pink peppercorns & grapefruit slices for garnish

Here’s how:
Put all ingredients in a glass with ice, stir gently, and garnish with thyme and grapefruit.

Lemonade with Lavender & Coconut

A very special drink – delicate, floral, and wonderfully refreshing.

You’ll need:

  • 120 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 250 ml coconut water
  • 2 tsp lavender syrup
  • 1–2 tsp honey or agave syrup
  • 150 ml cold water or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices & lavender sprigs for garnish

Here’s how:
Mix all ingredients well, pour over ice cubes, and decorate with lemon and lavender.

Lemon-Ginger Spritz

Fresh, slightly spicy, and really invigorating – perfect for starting the day.

You’ll need:

  • 120 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2–3 tsp ginger syrup
  • 200 ml sparkling water or mineral water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices, fresh mint or rosemary for garnish

Here’s how:
Mix lemon juice and ginger syrup, top up with sparkling water, and serve with ice and herbs.

Our tip

The drinks can be wonderfully prepared in advance and are a really nice alternative for the Easter table, even without alcohol. Served in your favorite glasses, decorated with fresh herbs and a few citrus fruits, they quickly become a little highlight.
